Any donation that is dropped off on the church property (10, 12, 14, 16 P Street NE and its surrounding property) will be reported to the local authorities and marked as illegal dumping. In addition, the church does not accept online donations via any online platform (i.e. our official church website, Social media, CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Etc.). In addition, we do not accept unsolicited donations from businesses, organizations or individuals and reserve the right to return any unsolicited donations back to the sender. Please contact the church if you would like to make a monetary donation so that you will know the proper procedures for giving.

Refuge of Hope Faith and Outreach Program
This program runs periodically throughout the year based on seasonal needs.
The program includes prayer, service intake, food, clothing and assessing the needs of the community.

Sister to Sister- Women's Program
A women’s program that features workshops and an annual conference addressing issues pertinent to females.

Men of Standard- Men's Program
A program for male teens, men and fathers addressing male issues (includes refreshments).

As a Distance Learning Center with the Chesapeake Bible College and Seminary, the Refuge of Hope School of Ministry offers Bible Courses for credit and audit, leading to Biblical degrees.
Bible Courses are held every Tuesday night (unless noted) at 6:30 pm.
A faith-based therapeutic program for young ladies ages 8-21 years old featuring field trips, community services opportunities, mentoring, workshops and conferences addressing issues pertinent to young women.

B.E.D.T. Instruments of Praise is a Christian School for the Performing Arts leading a "Violence Prevention thru the Arts" program for ages 5 to adult.
Classes are held every Saturday (unless noted) from 11:00-2:00 pm.
Classes offered are the following: Classical Ballet, Tap, and Dance Arts (African dance, Jazz, etc.).
